When purchasing between Monday and Thursday from the county of MIAMI DADE AND BROWARD, you will receive the order the next business day.

For the rest of the United States, shipments are made between Monday and Wednesday so that you receive the order within the following three (3) business days.

If you are still waiting for your order and the deadline for delivery has already expired, you must contact us by email: info@taurusfood.com, and we will immediately proceed to resolve your case.

In case the product arrives in poor condition and/or the packaging is destroyed, you must send an email to info@taurusfood.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, indicating the name of the client, date of receipt of the product, contact person, reason for return and photos of the state of the product; then we’ll proceed to make the refund.

Yes. After receiving the product, you must send an email to: info@taurusfood.com within the next 48 hours indicating: Name of the customer to whom the product was sent, Date of Receipt of the shipment and Tracking Number, Reason for return, and a telephone number to coordinate the return of the product with the transport company that will collect it, so we can then proceed to make the corresponding refund.

Yes. You must send an email to: info@taurusfood.com within the next 22 hours, indicating the cancellation of your order. The refund will be made in the following 24 hours to the payment method used in the purchase (credit card or PayPal).

No. There is no minimum purchase amount

If you buy from Monday to Wednesday, your purchase will be shipped the next business day. Any order made on Thursday and Friday will be sent the following Monday. Because of this, our refrigrerated products can’t be sent on Fridays as they should not remain in the shipping company’s warehouses all weekend.
